Porsche Holding Salzburg, and thus its Hungarian subsidiaries such as Porsche Hungaria, Porsche Finance, and Porsche Inter Auto, are wholly owned subsidiaries of Volkswagen AG. Within Volkswagen AG, processes and systems are used to manage user access and application access.
These procedures are also applied by the companies of Porsche Holding Salzburg (PHS for short). In cases where suppliers, agencies, or partners require access to PHS or Volkswagen’s internal systems, they must register on the “VW Group Supply Portal.”

Tutorials for SAP Ariba
Porsche Holding Salzburg uses SAP Ariba as its standard system to ensure our procurement processes are efficient and digital. To use the system, you need a (free) account on Ariba Network. Once you have created an account on Ariba Network, you can complete registration using the Porsche Holding Salzburg questionnaire. Sustainable Procurement
Porsche Holding Salzburg is committed to its responsibility in its supply chains. That is why we are looking for partners who, in addition to quality, also place a high value on social, ecological and economic responsibility. Our Code of Conduct for Business Partners is the group-wide basis for cooperation. Our Code of Conduct for business partners defines our binding expectations and requirements regarding social standards as well as the protection of human rights and the environment.
We consider innovation to be the key to decarbonization. If you are able to offer innovative and sustainable alternatives to the products or services specified in Porsche Holding Salzburg’s calls for proposals, please submit your proposals as part of the application.
Before entering into contracts, we thoroughly review our suppliers’ sustainability performance. If you already hold relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, EMAS), please submit them to us via the SAP Ariba system during the registration process.
For us, sustainability means continuous improvement. That is why we offer online training to our suppliers to ensure they stay up to date with our requirements. If you would like to participate in the training, please contact your liaison in the procurement department.
If you notice any violations of the rules among our business partners, the Volkswagen Group’s whistleblowing system allows you to report these concerns to us (anonymously, if you wish).
