What is compliance?
Compliance means adhering to all laws and internal policies. The main goal is to prevent violations and irregularities.
What is integrity?
Integrity means acting consistently and responsibly in accordance with our values and beliefs—toward the company, our business partners, and society alike.
Mandatory standards
Integrity and compliance are not merely expectations at Porsche Holding; they are the values that form the foundation of our corporate culture. These values shape our operations and decision-making at every level.
Accordingly, since 2023, integrity and compliance have also played a prominent role in the “Governance” focus area of Porsche Holding’s sustainability strategy. Our goal is to support environmental and social initiatives through transparent and effective governance structures.
This focus area is based on the integrated management of sustainability considerations, ensuring that compliance with legal and internal requirements—guided by integrity and compliance—is an integral part of our business operations and decisions.
As a result, collaboration within the organization is further strengthened: integrity and compliance, risk management, internal audit, the legal department, data protection, and information security are all interconnected within a common framework for sustainable operations.
