I. INFORMATION ON HOW TO APPLY FOR THE GENERAL RECRUITMENT DATABASE
1. The data controller:
On the https://karrier.porschehungaria.hu/ website and or https://jobs.volkswagen-group.com/Porsche-Holding-Hungary (the "Website"), you have the opportunity to register in the database created by the following data controllers, so that even in the absence of an application for a specific position, we may contact you with job offers that may be relevant to you based on the data you have provided. In such a case, your personal data will be processed jointly by the following companies as joint controllers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Data Controller"):

2. Personal data collected by the Data Controller: We collect various data during registration. Please note that if you do not provide us with certain information that we have requested, we will not be able to process your registration. We collect the following information about you:
- The data provided in your CV and registration form are: name, birth name, date of birth, place of birth, gender, nationality, address, personal e-mail address, telephone number, education, qualifications, language skills, work experience and references, further information about the position and a photo. The information you submit may include sensitive personal information (information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic, biometric, and health information).
The Data Controller does not request the disclosure of special personal data during the recruitment process or application, and as a general rule, it does not process any special personal data during the recruitment process. At the same time, the Data Controller cannot rule out that the materials submitted by the applicants may contain information belonging to this scope, but the Data Controller does not process this information during the recruitment process.
3. For what purposes we collect and use personal data: Based on the data provided during registration, we create a user profile, which is stored in a general applicant database. If one or more Data Controllers open new positions, the information stored in the database will be compared with the needs of the Data Controller(s). If we find that your information indicates that a position may be relevant to you, we will contact you. If you wish to apply for the position after contacting us, the conditions described in Section II of this Policy shall apply to the data processing related to the application.
4. Source of data: The data we process is provided by you during the registration process.
5. Legal basis for processing: We process the personal data we collect from you on the basis of your consent.
6. Data shared by us: the data you provide is accessed by all Data Controllers specified in Section 1 above.
7. Retention of your personal data: your data will be kept for 1 year from the date of your registration.
8. Where we store your data: The data stored at the headquarters of the Data Controllers and in the recruitment system of the Data Controllers are stored on the server of the Data Controllers related to this data processing. The Data Controllers take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is protected, among other things, from unauthorized access or alteration.
9. Your rights: You have the following rights in relation to your personal data: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to object, the right to restriction, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. II. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO APPLYING FOR A SPECIFIC POSITION
1. The data controller: If you apply for a position advertised on https://karrier.porschehungaria.hu/ or https://jobs.volkswagen-group.com/Porsche-Holding-Hungary website (the "Website"), your personal data will be processed by the company on whose behalf the advertisement was published, i.e. the potential employer (the "Data Controller").”). Publication on the website may take place on behalf of the following companies, accordingly, the Data Controller of your personal data is the one of the following companies to which you wish to apply:

It is important to note that the companies mentioned above are not considered joint controllers, so they do not jointly process your data. The company that applied for your job advertisement is always considered the Data Controller. However, the provisions of Section II of this Policy apply to all data processing carried out by the Data Controller, so the following shall be considered as the information provided by the given Data Controller.
2. Personal data collected by the Data Controller: During the recruitment process, we collect various data with regard to the advertised position. Please note that if you do not provide us with certain information that we have requested, we will not be able to process your application. We collect the following information about you: a. The data you provide to us in your CV, application form, motivation letter and during the interview process: name, birth name, date of birth, place of birth, gender, nationality, address, personal email address, telephone number, education, qualifications, language skills, work experience and references, additional information about the position and a photo. The information you submit may include sensitive personal information (information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic, biometric, and health information). b. Information we collect or create during the recruitment process, including, but not limited to, interview records, test results, and our correspondence with you. c. Data obtained through background checks: We do not conduct background checks during the recruitment process. However, it may happen that the Data Controller is obliged by law to carry out background checks (e.g. processing of criminal data), but the Data Controller will provide separate information about this in such cases.
The Data Controller does not request the disclosure of special personal data during the recruitment process or application, and as a general rule, it does not process any special personal data during the recruitment process. At the same time, the Data Controller cannot rule out that the materials submitted by the applicants may contain information belonging to this scope, but the Data Controller does not process this information during the recruitment process.
3. For what purposes we collect and use personal data: We use your personal data for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process, assessing and making a decision about your suitability for the position, as well as for communicating with you and (where permitted by law) for reference checks.
4. Source of Information: We receive the information (a) from you; or (b) from third parties during the application and recruitment process; or (c) it is generated by us during the recruitment process.
5. Legal basis for data processing: We process the personal data collected from you on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. A legitimate interest may be: (a) to ensure effective administration and management of the recruitment process; (b) to ensure that the right person is hired for the position; (c) to handle disputes and seek legal or other professional advice; (d) to determine your suitability for the position; (e) Guarantee IT security.
6. Information we share: For the purpose of processing your application, we may share your personal information with the following third parties: (1) employment agencies, (2) courts and authorities. We may also share personal information within our group of companies for recruitment, administrative, accounting, and reporting purposes. Your personal data will not be transferred to a country outside the European Union.
7. Retention of your personal data: Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and any claims that may be made against us in the future until the end of the position (i.e. until the new colleague selected in the recruitment procedure joins). If you have successfully applied for a position, we will store your personal data for a period exceeding the above in accordance with our Employee Privacy Policy.
8. Where we store your data: The data related to the recruitment procedure are stored at the registered office of the Data Controller, and the personal data stored in the Data Controller's recruitment system are stored on the server of the Data Controller related to this data processing. If your application was not successful, we will not transfer your data processed in connection with recruitment to countries within or outside the EU. The Data Controller shall continuously take appropriate measures to ensure that its personal data is protected from unauthorized access or alteration, among other things.
9. Data processor: in the course of data processing, in connection with the purpose specified in Section 3 above, the Data Controller uses the services of Porsche Hungaria Kft. as data processor. Porsche Hungaria Kft. participates in the forwarding of the job application to the Data Controller and in the processing of the job application. In the course of these activities, Porsche Hungaria Kft. acts in the interest and on the instructions of the Data Controller. The provisions of this section shall not apply in the event that Porsche Hungaria Kft. acts as a Data Controller as explained in Section 1 above.
10. Your rights: You have the following rights in relation to your personal data: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to object, the right to restriction, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
