With our human resources strategy LIFE@ Porsche, which is an important part of our corporate strategy, we are preparing ourselves for the challenges of the future labour market. The measures in the “Workforce Transformation” focus field are integrated into the HR strategy.
Women in management
We are focusing in particular on increasing the percentage of women in management. We want to increase the percentage of women in the entire company to 27.5 percent by 2030.
