Recruitment Data Processing Notice

I. INFORMATION REGARDING APPLICATION TO THE GENERAL RECRUITMENT DATABASE

 

1. Data Controller:
On the website https://karrier.porschehungaria.hu/ (the "Website"), you have the opportunity to register in a database created by the data controllers listed below. This allows us to contact you with job offers that may be relevant to you based on the data you provide, even if you have not applied for a specific position. In such cases, your personal data will be jointly processed by the following companies as joint data controllers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Data Controller"):

  • Porsche Ingatlankezelő Kft.
  • Porsche Inter Auto Hungaria Kft.
  • Porsche Finance Zrt.
  • Porsche Lizing és Szolgáltató Kft.
  • Porsche Biztosításközvetítő Kft.
  • Porsche Versicherung AG Hungarian Branch
  • EuRent Autókölcsönző Kft.

 

2. Personal Data Collected by the Data Controller:
During registration, we collect various data. Please note that if you do not provide certain requested data, we will not be able to process your registration. The following data may be collected:

  • Data provided in your CV and registration form: name, birth name, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, address, personal email address, phone number, education, qualifications, language skills, work experience and references, additional information related to the position, and photo.
  • It is possible that the data you submit may include special categories of personal data (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic, biometric, or health data).
  • The Data Controller does not request such special data and does not process them as a general rule. However, it cannot be excluded that such data may be included in submitted materials, but they will not be processed during recruitment.

 

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Use:
Based on the data provided during registration, we create a user profile stored in a general applicant database. If one or more Data Controllers open new positions, we compare the stored data with their requirements. If your profile matches a position, we will contact you. If you decide to apply, the conditions described in Section II of this Notice will apply.

 

4. Source of Data:
The data is provided by you during the registration process.

 

5. Legal Basis for Data Processing:
We process your personal data based on your consent.

 

6. Data Sharing:
All Data Controllers listed in point 1 have access to the data you provide.

 

7. Data Retention:
Your data will be retained for 1 year from the date of registration.

 

8. Data Storage Location:
Your data is stored at the headquarters of the Data Controllers and on servers related to their recruitment systems. Appropriate measures are taken to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration.

 

9. Your Rights:
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object, restrict processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or initiate proceedings before the competent court, including courts in your EU member state of residence.

 

II. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE WHEN APPLYING FOR A SPECIFIC POSITION

 

1. Data Controller:
If you apply for a position advertised on the website https://karrier.porschehungaria.hu/ (the "Website"), your personal data will be processed by the company on whose behalf the advertisement was published - i.e., the potential employer (the "Data Controller"). The following companies may publish job advertisements on the Website, and the company to which you apply will be considered the Data Controller:

  • Porsche Hungaria Kft.
  • Porsche Ingatlankezelő Kft.
  • Porsche Inter Auto Hungaria Kft.
  • Porsche Finance Zrt.
  • Porsche Lizing és Szolgáltató Kft.
  • Porsche Biztosításközvetítő Kft.
  • Porsche Versicherung AG Hungarian Branch
  • EuRent Autókölcsönző Kft.

It is important to note that these companies are not joint data controllers. Your data will be processed solely by the company to which you applied. However, the conditions outlined in this section apply to all data controllers listed above.

 

2. Personal Data Collected by the Data Controller:
During the recruitment process, we collect various data depending on the advertised position. Please note that if you do not provide certain requested data, we will not be able to process your application. The following data may be collected:
a. Data provided in your CV, application form, cover letter, and during the interview process: name, birth name, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, address, personal email address, phone number, education, qualifications, language skills, work experience and references, additional information related to the position, and photo.
b. Data collected or generated during the recruitment process, including interview notes, test results, and correspondence with you.
c. Data obtained during background checks: We do not conduct background checks during recruitment. However, legal obligations may require the Data Controller to perform such checks (e.g., criminal record checks), in which case you will be informed separately.

The Data Controller does not request special categories of personal data and does not process them as a general rule. However, it cannot be excluded that such data may be included in submitted materials, but they will not be processed during recruitment.

 

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Use:
Your personal data is used to conduct the recruitment process, assess your suitability for the position, make a decision regarding your application, communicate with you, and (within legal limits) verify references.

 

4. Source of Data:
Data may be obtained from:
(a) you directly;
(b) third parties during the application and recruitment process;
(c) generated by us during the recruitment process.

 

5. Legal Basis for Data Processing:
Your personal data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. Legitimate interests include:
(a) efficient administration and management of the recruitment process;
(b) ensuring the right candidate is selected;
(c) handling legal disputes and obtaining legal or professional advice;
(d) assessing your suitability for the position;
(e) ensuring IT security.

 

6. Data Sharing:
To process your application, your personal data may be shared with:
(1) recruitment agencies,
(2) courts and authorities.
Data may also be shared within our corporate group for recruitment, administrative, accounting, and reporting purposes. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

 

7. Data Retention:
Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and until the selected candidate starts employment. If you are hired, your data will be retained beyond this period in accordance with our Employee Data Processing Notice.

 

8. Data Storage Location:
Data related to the recruitment process is stored at the Data Controller's headquarters and on servers associated with its recruitment system. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will not be transferred to countries inside or outside the EU. The Data Controller takes appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration.

 

9. Data Processor:
In connection with the purposes outlined in point 3, the Data Controller uses the services of Porsche Hungaria Kft. as a data processor. Porsche Hungaria Kft. assists in forwarding applications and managing the recruitment process on behalf of and under the instructions of the Data Controller. This does not apply if Porsche Hungaria Kft. acts as the Data Controller itself (as described in point 1).

 

10. Your Rights:
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

If you have questions regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact the company to which you submitted your application. Contact details for each company are listed in the original Hungarian document.

 

12. Complaints:
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or initiate proceedings before the competent court, including courts in your EU member state of residence. We recommend that you first contact us with your complaint to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
